The Harris County Commissioners Court resumed in-person meetings Tuesday for the first time in more than a year, according to a news release from the office of Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo.
The weekly meetings, which had been held virtually since March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will be limited to 75 percent capacity, according to the release. In-person attendees will be required to wear a mask and will be subject to a temperature screening prior to entry.
The meetings will continue to be live-streamed and offer public access to those who cannot attend but still wish to address the court.
