The Houston Fire Department said investigators are working to determine the cause of a fire at a Heights-area condominium last week.

HFD said crews responded to The Point Condos in the 100 block of Quitman Street near Woodland Heights just after 4:30 a.m. April 29 to find fire coming from the fourth-floor balcony of the multi-unit condo complex.

The department said nobody was injured in the fire, which was contained to the apartment’s balcony and caused an estimated $15,000 in damage. Its cause remains under investigation, according to HFD.
