The remodeled Houston Farmers Market will have Crawfish & Noodles open in the space this coming fall.

The family-owned Viet-Cajun restaurant joins two Underbelly Hospitality concepts, including Wild Oats, and R-C Ranch Texas Craft Meats as new additions to the market located at 2520 Airline Dr.

“Our goal has always been to create a tenant mix that is a reflection of Houston’s diverse community,” Todd Mason of MLB Capital Partners, which is upgrading the market, said in a news release. “Crawfish & Noodles could not be a better representative of what makes our city unique. We are thrilled to have them at the Houston Farmers Market.”

Crawfish & Noodles will operate a 3,298 square-foot, full-service restaurant overlooking the market’s green space. The menu will feature Viet-Cajun crawfish, salt and pepper Dungeness crab, fish sauce wings and basil fried rice as well as other authentic Vietnamese dishes.
