One of the new concepts is Trattoria Sofia, which will open at the former Presidio space that closed due to a fire at 911 W. 11th St. The spot will serve Italian food.

The other concept hasn’t been named, but will open at the mixed-use development The Docks at Timbergrove at 2505 W. 11th St. This concept’s focus will be wood-fired grilled steaks.
