There are two new concepts set to take root in the Heights area by the company Berg Hospitality, according to CultureMap.
The hospitality group owns multiple restaurants, including B.B. Lemon at 1809 Washington Ave. and The Butcher Shop at B&B at 1814 Washington Ave.
One of the new concepts is Trattoria Sofia, which will open at the former Presidio space that closed due to a fire at 911 W. 11th St. The spot will serve Italian food.
The other concept hasn’t been named, but will open at the mixed-use development The Docks at Timbergrove at 2505 W. 11th St. This concept’s focus will be wood-fired grilled steaks.
